Structure and Principle of Tire Block Cutter
This tire block cutting machine is composed of the frame, motor and reducer, the rotation mechanism, a group of moving blade and fixed blade, and a pair of compaction gear, etc.
The motor drives the principal axis to prompt the revolving of the moving blade, which forms the shearing effect with the fixed blade. The reduction motor drives a pair of compaction gear, prompting the orderly feeding of material in between the moving blade and fixed blade when the material goes into the compaction gear. Due to the rotation of moving blade, tire strip is regularly cut into block.
