Main Information of Each Machine

1.Tire Ring Cutter

1. The machine is the special equipment to cut and separate the sidewall and tread cap of the waste tire. It is the first step in processing scrap tires.

3. Tire Strip Cutter

1. The machine is to use the two pieces of circular special cutting tools in combination to rotate cutting. It will further cut the tires into 25-55 mm wide long strips.

Usage

Further cut the long rubber strips into small rubber blocks.

Working procedure

1. Manually put the small rubber blocks onto the vibrating screen, then by the means of the conveyor to deliver the rubber not reached mesh request to continue crushing.
2. The vibrating machine will separate the fine powder from the small rubber blocks, and shake it down to the magnetic separator. The magnetic separator will separate the small steel wire from the tire powder. 99.9% steel removal rate.
