Our Cable Strippers and Their Applications
918-KOB Wire Stripping Machine
918-KOB cable stripping machine has the most functions among our stripper machines. It applies to various types of electric wires and cables, including copper wires, aluminum wires, steel wires, etc. Various rubber cables are easy to be stripped. Moreover, the cable stripper can strip single-core or twin-core flat wires at one time. The diameter range of cables that can be stripped is 1-42mm. The cutting speed is 35m/minute. The daily output is 600-1500kg.
The machine has totally of 21 feeding holes for the wires, including 13 round wire inlets, 2 twin wire inlets for double-core flat wires, 5 frame knife inlets for sheath wire, and 1 pressing wire inlet, which can press out the metal in single-core wires directly.
SD038M Wire Stripping Machine
SD038M wire stripping machine is suitable for stripping any type of wires ranging from 1.5mm-38mm in diameter.
Single copper wires can be stripped by pressing or cutting, other cables can be easily stripped by cutting.
The stripper can be driven either by electric or by hand crank.
QJ-001 Wire Stripping Machine
QJ-001 cable stripper is suitable for various wires, such as single-core wires, multicore cables, aluminum wires, etc. It can strip scrap wires and cables with a diameter of 2mm-60mm.
Wires with a diameter of 2-12mm can be fed into the small feeding hole for stripping.
Wires with a diameter larger than 12mm can be fed into the machine from above the feeding board. The height of the blade is adjusted by turning the handle.
QJ-002 Wire Stripping Machine
QJ-002 cable stripping machine is suitable for various types of wire, such as single-core wires, multicore cables, aluminum wires, etc. It can strip scrap wires and cables with a diameter of 2mm-42mm. The cutting speed is 15m/minute.
QJ-009 Wire Stripping Machine
QJ-009 cable stripping machine is suitable for various kinds of electric wires and cables, such as single-core wires, multicore cables, aluminum wires, etc. The machine can strip 2mm-42mm diameter scrap wires and cables, and various specifications of flat wires, having strong practicability. The cutting speed is 15m/minute.

Note:
1. Please cut the connector off the cable in advance to avoid damage to the blades.
2. The cables/wires should be fed into the corresponding feeding holes one by one. Large cables/wires in large feeding holes, small cables/wires in small feeding holes, and flat cables/wires in flat feeding holes.
