Structure of PVC Granulator

1. Adopting parallel co-rotating twin screw extruder barrel and modular designed screw elements, all made by high quality materials, high corrosion and abrasion resistant.
2. Knead conjugated screw elements possess excellent self-cleaning function and favorable exchangeability. Multiple specifications reasonable combined to realize different processes.
3. According to different status of the material, feeding system adopts many types of structure, such as single screw, twin screw, twin screw non-intermeshing type, hollow-core spring type, two-stage type and metering pump type. Weight loss feeder can be equipped for higher measurement requirements.
4. Optional electrical control system: unit control, simulation panel display, PLC system, PEC system, etc.
5. Multiform granulation systems available for different solutions: water-cooling strand pelletizing, water ring die face hot cutting, eccentric water mist hot cutting, water and under water die face hot cutting, etc.
