Working Process of 600 Wire Granulator

1. Press the buttons in sequence to start the machine until it is completely started.
2. Feed scrap copper wires and cables into the chopper, and adjust the airlock to the best position according to the output.
3. Copper granules and plastic pieces are separated by vibrating and air separation.
4. Copper granules come out of the front outlet and plastics out of the back outlet. Meanwhile, dust is sent to a dust collector via an air duct.
5. Press the buttons in sequence to close the machine.

Note:
1. The machine shall be started without load.
2. Hard metals like iron must not be put into the Chopper during working to avoid the damage of chopper blades.
3. When Chopper is stopped, wires must not be fed into the machine, and the machine shall run for 5 more minutes to clear the materials inside.
