Main information of each machine

1. Tire de-beader

It is the first step to process the tires, it is mainly used for removing the wire loop in the tire bead. The whole tires could be directly put onto this machine to remove the steel wire. Full automatic operating.

2. Hydraulic tire cutting- off machine

 It is used for the diameter of the tire 800 mm ≤ Tires ≤ 1200 mm. Cut the tires into 2 pieces and then feed into the whole tire shredder machine.   

3.Tire shredder

This machine is specialized in crushing scrap rubber or scrap tires. It is suitable for the truck tires, car radial tires, inner tubes, rubber-soled shoes as well as other scrap rubber products that comply with feeding size.
It is of help to the waste material recycling industry. It improves the crushing efficiency for the rough processing of the scrap rubber and reduces the crusher, pulverizer’s impulse load for the reclaimed rubber factory. Compact structure, reliable operation, low consumption, high efficiency, easy to maintain.
The machine adopts the whole base without anchor bolts, easy to install.

4.Tire Power Making Line

1. Manually put the small rubber blocks onto the vibrating screen, then by the means of the conveyor to deliver the rubber not reached mesh request to continue crushing.
2. The vibrating machine will separate the fine powder from the small rubber blocks, and shake it down to the magnetic separator. The magnetic separator will separate the small steel wire from the tire powder. 99.9% steel removal rate.
3. Finally, the purified rubber powder will be discharged from the magnetic separator outlet to the packing bags.
