Introduction of Waste Tire Rubber Powder Production Line
Waste tire powder production line can process waste tires and other rubber products into rubber powder at room temperature. This waste tire recycle line is used for recycling 550-1200mm waste tire, the final product is 5-30 mesh rubber powder. If processed by rubber grinder, the final product can be 40-120 mesh fine rubber powder. After processed by this tire recycle line, steel can be completely separated and fiber can be separated up to 99% or above.

Flow Process of Processing Waste Tire to Rubber Powder
The rubber powder production line has the following working process to make a waste tire to rubber powder.
Waste Tyre→ Ring Cutter → Strips Cutter → Blocks Cutter → Big Conveyor → Rubber Crusher→ Big Shaking Screen → Small Conveyor → Big Magnetic Separator→Small Shaking Screen →Small Magnetic Separator → Fiber Separator → 5-30 Mesh Rubber Powder → Rubber Grinder → 40-120 Mesh Fine Rubber Powder.
Steps of Processing Waste Tire to Rubber Powder
1. The first step is to cut waste tires, use the tire ring cutting machine to cut tire to the sidewall and inner circle.
2. The second step is to use the tire strips cutting machine to cut the sidewall of the tire into long strips, the width of the strips is about 2-4cm.
3. The third step is to use the tire blocks cutting machine to cut long strips to blocks, which is 2-4cm width and 2-4cm length.
4. The steel wire separator is used to process the inner circle which gets from step1, it will separate the inner circle to pure steel and tire rubber. The steel wire separator is an optional device.
5. The fourth step is to throw the tire blocks to tire crusher. Tire blocks will be ground to 8-10 mesh rubber powder. There is a screen under the vibrating screen, if the rubber powder reaches 8-10 mesh, it will come to the screen, and the screen will send the 8-10 rubber powder to a small conveyor, the small conveyor will send the rubber powder to the magnetic system, through this system, the thin steel in the tire rubber will be cleared away, and the pure rubber powder (with nothin steel at this time) will be sent to a small vibrating screen, through this screen you can get 30 mesh pure rubber powder.
6. In step 4 there is some part of tire rubber can not reach 8-10 mesh rubber powder, those who did not be ground to 8-10 mesh rubber powder will be sent from the large vibrating screen to the large conveyor to the tire crusher to be crushed again until it reaches 8-10 mesh rubber powder and go on step 5.
7. As we all know, there are two kinds of tires, one is steel tire, and another one is fiber tire, if most of your tire is steel tire, then use the 1-6 step will be ok. If most of your tire is fiber tire, then you need to use a fiber separator to separate the fiber from tire rubber powder so you can get pure rubber powder. The fiber separator is also an optional device.
8. From 1-6 step you can get 30 mesh rubber powder if you want 40-120 mesh rubber powder, then you need a fine pulverizer to grind the rubber powder to 40-120 mesh rubber powder. This fine pulverizer is also an optional device.
